What is a Base 60 Grade Transmutation?

It is a Grade Transmutation system, a guide to grading a student's academic performance where the passing score is 60 which will be transmuted to a 75 in their report card. In the Philippines, this is the grading system currently used.

Students' grades are measured using the weighted raw scores (Written Works, Performance Tasks, and Quarterly Exams) and then added together to get the weighted raw total score. This total score will then be transmuted.
